Do you offer bi-weekly lawn mowing?
Our recommended schedule is weekly mowing, especially during peak growth in spring and early summer. In slower growth periods, we may adjust frequency on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested in bi-weekly mowing, let us know your address and we’ll see what makes the most sense for your lawn and our routes.
What mowing height do you use?
We adjust mowing height based on the season and turf type, but generally cut at a taller, healthy height to protect the grass from heat and stress. Cutting too short can lead to weeds and brown spots, so we avoid scalping the lawn.
What happens if it rains on my mowing day?
If heavy rain makes it unsafe to mow or likely to damage the lawn, we’ll move the visit to the next suitable day and work through the schedule as quickly as conditions allow. We do our best to communicate route changes when storms roll through.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We do not lock homeowners into long, complicated contracts. We operate on a seasonal service agreement that outlines your price and schedule, and you can reach out if your needs change. We simply ask for reasonable notice to adjust our routes.
